4.Villa Capacity<\/strong> <\/strong>Details of the number of guests including children (and their ages) are required prior to acceptance of any reservation. Should the party exceed the maximum villa capacity (2 adults per room);the management may not be able to accept the reservation. Therefore, please ensure that you select the appropriate villa type to accommodate your (client\u2019s) family or group.<\/p>\n

Late check-out until 18.00 is subject to availability. \u00a0<\/span>According to immigration law in Indonesia, on arrival you are required to submit a copy of your passport to the owner of the Villa. \u00a0The information which will include your length of stay will be registered to the local police station by the Villa staff. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

6.Terms of Payment.<\/strong> <\/strong> All inquiries can only be held for three (3) working days without guaranteed deposit. \u00a0A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by de jiwa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required upon departure Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the agent\/client.<\/p>\n

7.Cancellation Policy <\/strong>.<\/strong><\/strong>Notice of cancellation must be received by\u00a0 de jiwa in writing.<\/p>\n

8.Use of the Villa<\/strong>.
\n<\/strong><\/strong>Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permission must be obtained for functions. \u00a0Also, clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhoods, and as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Much depends on the vagaries of the neighborhood\u2019s residents. With your acceptance of this contract rates, we would appreciate if you could sign a copy of this letter and return it immediately to us. Please note that if we don\u2019t receive the signed copy within 7 (seven) working days, the contract will not be valid.<\/p>\n
